Actually... yes, it was worth reading. I don't know if it's worth denying yourself for fifteen years to build anticipation, though. XD I got the urge to finally do it after watching Kaz Rowe's video analysis of the book, and hearing a few other points of view on the author's inspirations that sounded interesting.

And then, I dunno, something something everybody talking about vampire lore during Halloween, etc.

I will consider writing a bit about these!
